"You come here to see me, Wyomin', you’re seein' me. If you’re seein' what you need to see - then say what you need to say."
More fun with Playground-LA! This is the forth reading I've had with this wonderful group since last year, each night is an eclectic evening of six new short plays written on prescribed topics - this month is "Tall Tales." My piece is an ridiculous riff on an Frontier-era "gunfight" set in a present day advertising agency.
I have a few flex tickets available for Monday's performance, let me know if you'd like one, first come first served!

The marshmallows have gone international! Thanks to the great work of LA-based publisher YouthPLAYS, Chubby Bunny will have it's first production outside of the US, at an international school in Japan.

My short play The Cautionary Tale of "Big Ed" Delahanty was selected for the 2018 William Inge Theatre Festival! After being named a Finalist for Actors Theatre of Louisville's Heideman Award in 2016, the piece is racking up a nice little resume, if still looking for a world premiere production.
Big Ed Delahanty was a Hall of Fame Baseball player who mysteriously died after falling into Niagara Falls in 1903. But was his death a suicide, a murder or an accident? Explore this 100% true story, presented as an ole-time vaudeville sketch. And I've got an evening-length version in the works.
