Cover Story, Sam French & NYC Returns

...too late to turn back now

If you've been living under a rock for the last month, you may have missed that Wicked Lit 2017 is open and selling out like crazy!! The Herculean effort of this amazing team - production, technical, creatives and cast - cannot be overstated. We had 57 hands on board to make this beast come alive in the mausoleum and cemetery and audiences are LOVING it. The first three weeks are all but sold out but we run through Nov. 11!

Join me and other LA playwrights in an afternoon of short play readings, snacks and libations. My contribution will feature Michael Perl (Rabbi) and Richard Large (Grandpa) and will be directed by James Castle Stevens.

The Giant and the Pixie made it's NYC debut at the end of September, what a wonderful production! My heartfelt thanks goes out the cast, production team and especially director/producer Jonathan Schlieman for amassing such an inspired creative staging of this piece. And many thanks to the NY SummerFest and Hudson Guild Theatre as well!

I'm looking forward to digging into the play even more and bringing it to a stage in LA.
